What is coaching ?

Coaching practiced by certified professionals consists in helping a person to express his potential to the maximum and develop his performances.

This can be done with 1 to 2 hour one to one sessions and the help of specific techniques (NLP, Enneagramme, System theory, …) Usually 10 sessions is a good programme.

There are many weeks between each session. The initial objective is usually reached after some sessions.
