What kind of coaching is ours ?

Our experience has shown us that coaching contexts can be as varied as the set of problems a company faces.
Nevertheless the most frequent coaching needs express the following themes :

Reach objectives successfully and quicker Develop one's influence
Regain self-confidence and energy   Team building
Improve public-speaking practices   Key Account Management
Communication and project management   Sales action plans
  Leadership and team-building   Business Workshop
  Gain self-confidence   Implement change
Cope better with one's feelings   Become a Manager-Coach
Be more assertive   Surpass one's limits
Give the best of oneself   Find a new job
Learn to make decisions quicker   Build a Winning Mind

You will notice that 3 large families appear :

  • Strategic Coaching : The coach helps the manager to bring into focus his strategic vision, or to decide upon strategic priorities .
  • Situational Coaching : The coach guides you towards the finding of your own solutions.
  • Coaching for personal development : The coach helps you develop your individual potential, your hidden talents.

Finally, our coaches help you enhance your range of solutions, amplify your choices,

And simplify the strategies used to attain your objectives quicker .

We call it the COACHING of PERFORMANCE. Most certainly, the performance will depend on the objective that a person gives himself with the agreement of his manager.

But for example, isn't it a feat in itself, to make it possible for the members of a team to communicate with each other in an atmosphere of trust ?

Isn't it a feat in itself, to see a manager regain energy and enthusiasm for the company he works for ?

Even though sometimes, the fact of improving a particular behaviour may seem insufficient, our experience proves to us each day that small changes can bring about great results .

How we proceed ?

For us a “COACH” is a “Coach of Champions” similar to those who are very good with top-level sportsmen.

He is able to do this because he has a particular talent and know-how for the job, so that his “coachee” remains at the top of his performance.

Talent : we chose to have as team-members those who have the capacity to really listen, to know how to open oneself to difference, to know how to communicate energy and enthusiasm, to believe in each individual's own potential.
Know-how : we train ourselves constantly in highly evolved techniques of development of human potential : NLP, Enneagram, Systemic, Ericksonien Hypnoses, … and we learn each day with our clients.

How is it organised ?

Let's take the example of an individual coaching, the procedure is very simple :

  • One 1st visit to clarify the needs of the person and confirm to see if the personality of the coach is the right one. This visit is free of cost.
  • During the 2nd meeting, a sequence of 60 to 90 min. individual sessions is planned, sometimes mixed with some telephone sessions.
  • At the end of each session the coach asks the coachee to put into practice certain points discussed during the session. The next meeting begins with a feed-back on the action plan.
  • Generally a minimum of ten sessions make up a good programme for development. Situational coaching brings about sufficient results in fewer sessions.

Why is coaching effective ?

What reasons ?

Becoming conscious of the way one functions is an important step towards change.
The coach valide his coachee, and believes in his success.
Having a neutral guide who doesn't judge, saves a lot of time.
Having a personalised approach, enables focussing and thus acting effectively to change an inadequate way of behaviour.
Using techniques that bring about change like NLP and other tools at the right moment and with expertise produces immediate results.
Getting the feel of a first success awakens energy sources and success follows.
The attitude of the coach, incites the coachee to put difficluties into perspective and to give the best of himself.
