We use the impact of OUTDOOR training and the pedagogy of the METAPHOR.
These seminars are developed in 3 stages:
- SETTING UP A REAL- LIFE SITUATION :
The participants are faced with an outdoor activity, and react according to what seems to them as the best possible option. The activity is thought out in harmony with the pedagogical objective. (Pont de singe, 4x4, orientation, climbing, rafting …).
- DEBRIEFING :
The consultant conducts the debriefing so as to bring into light the lessons derived from the exercice.
- TRANSPOSITION AND ANCHORING :
We create the link to real-life situations lived in the company, so as to obtain the first expected changes.
